    Please come in and comment on my PH Cycle


    Hi everyone,

    Planning to do only my second PH cycle.

    My first was 11 oxo so that was pretty mild.

    I will be doing H-drol for 4 weeks.
    Week 1: 25mg
    Week 2: 50mg
    Week 3: 50mg
    Week 4: 50mg

    Pretty low dose as it is only my second PH cycle, and my first time trying a methyl.

    My planned supplements:

    1) Preload Cycle Assist for 10 days.
    2) Carry on Cycle Assist throughout cycle.
    3) For my PCT, start PCT Assist and Activate Xtreme for 4 weeks.


    I like it simple.
    However, I am still a newbie and would appreciate any comments on my cycle.

    1) Are my PCT supplements sufficient?
    2) Any other supplements that you would recommend to me?
    3) Am I missing out on anything?

    My standard supps: Fish oil, Multi vit, Antioxidant, creatine, protein.


    Any comments are welcome!

    Just my .02, I think H-Drol at 25mg's is a waste really. Start out at 50 your first week. Many people have run it over 100mg's a day (but I'm not suggesting you do that)

    Well, I think that a moderator has to move it to the steroid section, but you could always just copy and paste it into a new post in the steroid section.

    25 would be a bit too little, I agree with starting at 50 for the first week, and run 75 the rest

    I would run H-drol for 4 weeks at
    Week 1: 50mg
    Week 2: 50mg
    Week 3: 75mg
    Week 4: 75mg
    and see how that works for you
