question about milk thistle

My friend is doing a cycle, He really didnt do much research on m drol and I know m drol is pretty toxic. My question is the milk thistle on NP good? how many grams/mg in one serving? How many times a day? When to take it? what do you take it with?

Just trying to help a friend out. Any info would be helpful.

1 level tsp = ~2 grams
2g/day should be enough and it's not necessary to split up the dose.
the bulk powder is not delicious, but if you have good powder shotgunning skills you'll do alright.

trying to stay off the fact of pct and such being that this should possible be in pct/steroid section, but he is using novadex xt I think. I already know hes stupid for using it but he thinks thats enough. I told him to use nolva at 20/20/10/10.
