    Best Supp for nervous system

Well, it seems like you can take some supp for support of almost every other aspect of BBing, is there something out there for the nervous system? I know I am on the verge of overtraining all the time...not because my muscles can't keep up, but because I see to be overtaxing my nervous system. Anything I can take to keep it in tip-top shape?

    Thanks!

rpm works pretty well for this purpose- and we are working on something else currently along these lines- wait a few weeks, and I think you will be pleasantly surprised
