I stopped bodybuilding 9 months ago and got back into cycling. I've gone from 208 @ 10-11% at my peak down to 171lbs @ 7% currently, and I generally train anywhere from 10-15 hours a week. I know that bold/1,4ad will increase red blood cell count and decrease recovery time, but I don't know what minimum dosage and length of time I should use just for that. I really don't want any size gain, and don't need any strength gain, just a boost in blood values.
