I tried the tabs and liked them just debating on whether to get those or the lemonade! i havent tried it
Have not gone with the powder, but I am taking the tabs. I've taken quite a few pre-workout powders. You slam em' down and then that's it, a taste of bad koolaid and then you're out the door. They give you an instant rush and then you seem to crash toward the end.
The tabs have revived something for me. I take them before a workout and chew them up. This new ritual has revived that signal, that bit of stimulus that tells me it's time to exercise. And also, this stuff, as Volcom has said, which I agree with (didn't wanna sound like I'm parroting him, but I do agree), gives a kind of sustained drip of energy. It's really great.
If I were me, I'd stay with the tabs. Oh, I am me! I'll stay with my tabs!

Chewing the pills up, lol! Sounds like something I would do. I shower before my workout because it effects my mind in a negative way to feel dirty in the gym. Thats one crazy thing I do. I never shower afterwards.
i shower before i leave my house and when ii get home...even if i go to the store to get food or something.....sometimes i have to shower like 30 times...........
