Let me help you out with a couple thing, possibly not related.
1. Use Cassiene of Milk Issolate over Whey - It's more anti-catabolic
2. Use Hemp oil over Flax - It's more balanced and has less estrogenic effects
3. P/S will help you preserve muscle... thats about it (but very important)
I did the velocity diet before it existed (although mine had some solid meals).
