    I'm thinking of doing the Velocity diet AGAIN, did it for 2-weeks a while ago and had good results but couldn't stand the taste of the Bio-Test protein I had, and really had to quit... But now I'm going to be using ATW, which I haven't tried yet but I don't think from everyones responses I'll be dissapointed in anyway....

    I'm wondering what peoples thoughts would be if I were to add:

    Original H-50

    I've supplemented with PH/PS before so I know all about proper PCT and know my doses... Just wondering if coupled with this V-Diet if I would gain anything from adding to the diet???

  2. Let me help you out with a couple thing, possibly not related.

    1. Use Cassiene of Milk Issolate over Whey - It's more anti-catabolic

    2. Use Hemp oil over Flax - It's more balanced and has less estrogenic effects

    3. P/S will help you preserve muscle... thats about it (but very important)

    I did the velocity diet before it existed (although mine had some solid meals).

  3. Yup, wrong forum but.... I think if adding PH/PS to the velocity diet, you can stand to increase cals a bit, by adding more protein than you normally would. I would expect some major recomp effects to take place and some lean gains while leaning out. Train hard, full body circuit training, should produce some nice effects.
