ari4216 Banned Nov 23, 2008 #2 When high glycemic carbs are involved. It would be pointless on a low carb diet obviosly Dose it at the highest carb meals. Take it pre-workout for pumps with hi gi carbs. So the answer is do both,do what u can afford.

Click to expand... i wanna do it obn a moderate carb diet to keep me in ketosis but even during lo GI meals that exceed 50 grams im trying to figue out how much of the buk i should use. im gunna use the mass monster shake, and try and stay in ketosis.
