PSlin / Corosolic Acid

OK so are these better when used everyday or just specific times when theres high glycemic foods involved?

and for every one who doesnt know what it is, heres a study on it:

When high glycemic carbs are involved.

It would be pointless on a low carb diet obviosly

Dose it at the highest carb meals.

Take it pre-workout for pumps with hi gi carbs.

So the answer is do both,do what u can afford.

i wanna do it obn a moderate carb diet to keep me in ketosis

but even during lo GI meals that exceed 50 grams im trying to figue out how much of the buk i should use.

im gunna use the mass monster shake, and try and stay in ketosis.

for 50 grams of low GI carbs i dose 200-300mgs of pslin
