I just bought some kwick carb,creatine mono, and bulk pslin

Could someone suggest some dosing guidlines for these? Obviously kwick carb will be post workout and pslin will be pre workout, I'm more worried about the specific amounts aswell as how much creatine I shoul be taking aswell

Load your creatine 5 grams 4 times a day for 5 days then 5g per day after that. The rest is really a tolerance thing. Start small and work your way up till you get to where you feel good.
