Ingredients in Mesobolin and Tridenosen H????

I was reading a thread that talked about how mesobolin and Tridenosen H is too expensive for the little it does, but it does have some useful ingredients that encourage protien synthisis and so on this is what have

Turkesterone
Ajuga Turkestanica
5-methoxy-isoflavone
7-ipriflavone

Does anyone know where to find these supps in a form that is cheap but effective.....emphasis on EFFECTIVE

This product does work. I took it for 2 months. My max bench went well over 100 increase. I was maxing out at 245 and i just did my max an hour ago and i maxed out a 375. And im 191 pounds.
