from personal exp, i dont think the RPM is needed on off days. for what its purpose is for, i dont see the benifit with working out in some manner. but youd be fine doing it either way. im a big fan of RPM, if i dont workout without it i notice the difference extremely

Don't be discouraged by disclaimers like that. Use the most valuable tool you have...your mind...do your homework and your research will pay off. Your body is your temple so as long as you know what it is going into your body your good to go, of course only as long your using good judgment!
