what does chasteberry (vitex) do......i read in some book that it helps boost natty test productions in men. any one wanna tell me if this is true??
whats in it that helps??
whats it do to your estrogen levels??
better than divanil??

vitex decreases prolactin- and low PRL levels can lead to increased testosterone- and it appears to increase LH as well- as far as better than divanil- depends on what you are using it for...

so if i start to take this as a daily hormonal regulator, i wont start lactating or get gyno right??

and by the looks of the article, if my Prolactin levels are low, this will raise them ???? i dont know if i want to do that lol
 
just curious, saw a diet book suggesting it to bodybuilders, but i guess it miss informed me lol.....thanks for the helpp guys
 
well if your prolactin levels are high then its a good option. Prolactin levels increase lets say after sex, maybe taking it before would increase some sort of variable.

Also if ur taking divanyl, then chaste berry would be good, cause from anecdotal evidence on the board, divanyl appears to raise prolactin.
 
it will also help with refractory period

meaning u'll get it up faster after poppin one off

doesnt tell if it should be dosed throughout the day or all at once.....there are alot of different doses aswell....
 
i would dose it at the same time as the divanyl

dosage, pretends on the extract, u gonna pick up the Now vitex from nutraplanet, id just follow the dosing as the instruction say and up the dose if doesnt appear to be working.

goodluck, and this would be a great log to do, not so much anecdotal evidence on this combination.
 
i might do a log, i was going to go to Vitamin world because i already ordered bunches of stuff so i dont wanna pay shipping again and have to wait..............it says that there brand has 800mg. per dose of 2 pills...........they market it as a female product for menstrual cycle.....nothing about guys

but is the chaste berry extracted to vitex?

if not the thing probally almost worth nothing.

Usuually herbs work much better when there extracted to the compound that elicits the effect.

on the back it says "vitex (vitex angus castus) (chaste tree fruit powder)"

thats all the nutritional facts say.........and the dosage which is 800 mg.
 
Does the label say anything about a standardized extract? NOW brand recommends 900mg dosed 300 X 3 a day. If you know you have high prolactin levels I can see taking this, but I really don't see it boosting test levels enough to make a difference. It's most common use is for maintain hormone levels during menopause.
 
yeah actually i think that would be okay, i dont see any better extractsm have u used the vitamin shoppe brand before?

i can get that stuff for $5 a bottle, i only have a GNC and vitaminworld around my house, and i f*cking hated GNC and all the retards that work in the one by my house! oooohhhhh they made me so made, they said creatine is a steroid! and it will raise estrogen and testosterone and how i needed Nolvadex XT fot PCT, i told her off, to the point that i cant go there any more.......stupid fat lady :rasp:
besides people at my vitamin world know what they are talking about, they have been very helpful and i now now some one who works there so i get a discount...:p

so fare i have noticed a increase in well being, and i have been getting better nights sleep! and if yo want to know the nasty parts keep reading!
erections have been hardcore, however i never had any problems......i added like 3 feet on jizz distance and the GF is happy!
