Meltdown how much?

I have taken Meltdown before at the recommended dose and it did not do much for me. I was thinking 2 doses per day would be much better. Im curious if anyone has tried this before.
 
When I did take it my diet was at about 1800 calories. I did loose a couple of pounds but no more than I normally would have had. I was thinking 2 servings a day may work better.
 
At 3 caps at once, I am shaking like crazy, head is tingly, very "out of it" feeling. What's your diet like while taking it? low carb?
 
Diet was low carbs and low fat. I took 1 full serving, 4 pills, and I did not really feel much. I would drink coffee after that and get more of a buzz from the coffee.

in that case your genetics may be the culprit. I advice you to try to reduce your carbs and up your proteins but if you say your diet is already with low carbs,well I dunno what to tell you more bro, more meltdown doesn't seems to be a bright idea...
 
i used it at 3 caps in the morning and 3 in the afternoon and had good results. not sure if it was good for me or not but it worked...
 
I liked my time on meltdown. I dosed it 1 in the morning and 1 in the mid-day. I figured I could use the extra kick in the mid-day since I was cutting carbs. After 2 weeks, I bumped up my mid-day dose to 2 caps. I also stacked it with: Sesamin, CLA, fish oil and Lean Extreme with very good success, but I also had success, though not as much, running it solo. Perhaps your adrenal gland is in need of some rest by the sounds of it, or some Reset AD might help you in that department, or perhaps you just have a high stim tolerance, in which case Reset AD might help. Yes reducing my carbs does help when cutting. I do have a high stim tolerance as well though. They try to compare Meltdown to Ephedrine but maybe Im just not feeling it. When I used to take the good old ECA stacks they hit hard. I stopped drinking coffee regularly a few months ago. If I don't take any caffeine all day and take 4 RPM I can tell a little something is going on.
 
back in the day when i played with meltdown to keep me up at work it had nice appetite suppressants. After they wore off though... holy cow, I was dead hungry. I never used it for the fat burning effects however
