Most recommendation of cycles are 6-8 weeks "on" with 3-4 weeks off - are there any graphs or stats on how long the average dose takes to "peak"?
4 weeks "on" isnt long enough, but levels decline at some point, if you were attempting to peak for a specifc event, would you start say 6 weeks out, or at the end of an 8 week cycle & then take a break?

depends on the compound- the word "cycle" even for natty bb'ing supps is derived from "steroid cycle"- and the blood levels/peaks are much easier to predict with AAS than most non-steroidal supps, etc. b/c many AAS have been clinically studied in at least a few trials with blood tests, etc. Many AAS are attached to esters, which make release times (and blood levels) very predictable, and many others have clearly documented half-lives, etc.

Most natty supps (herbs, etc.) have few clinical trials (if any), and even if there is some data, there are enormous amounts of variables to be considered- much more so than steroidal compounds: fractions, assay methods, extraction method, what said compound is combined with in a blend, etc.- so in reality, it is nearly an impossible question to answer.....
