Creatine Ethyl Ester or Creatine Monohydrate?

For people who have used both, which one is a better option?

On bodybuilding sites i've read that Ester is more soluble in water (it being an ester) and therefore requires a much less amount for the same effect of the monohydrate. So they're concluding that Creatine Ester is much more productive than Creatine Mono.

But in your personal experience, is this the case? Or is this just a myth?

cheers,

cheers,
I like mono- but have had good results with ethyl ester- CEE tastes like ass, so if you get the bulk powder, just get the mono.....plus mono is more creatine by content % than CEE

Creatine monohydrate is the clear winner with years of studies and real world results backing it. CEE doesnt even stack up with MCC, kre-alk, C-akg, malate, etc in my experience (besides in the case of Omega Cre-Ethyl Thunder, which was due to the gms which I respond to VERY well)

Micronized creatine has consistently provided good results with minimum sides in my experience.

Personally, definitely CM. CEE ****ed up my bloods something weird, although didn't notice any VISUAL effects, per se.

I have had far superior results on CEE. But not many share my experience. At least on the boards.

hate to be the one that points this out...but there are tons of threads on this topic already.

remember to try searching first.

Same, Havent felt Mono 1kg at all. Now i take CEE and intentionly overdosing myself... it works but tastes likedrinking acid from lory battery

Yah this questions gets asked at least once a month.

I don't get anything from either.

i dont like the creatine bloat, so after years of taking cee ive quit all together withc creatine products. i just dont feel they play that large of roll in my workouts and recovery. just my opinion.

you can actually blow up your microwave heating water + CEE b/c of the ether content- interesting factoid I learned from The Sinner- I have yet to try it tho

You can get creatine products that do not have side effects such as bloating, etc. (i.e. NeoVar Recomped and Kre-Alkalyn, to name a couple).

Ya

I understand this question comes up alot but ive tried all kinds cee with citrilline malate kre mono blends an every month it changes from mono sucks then cee then kre is better than neo var witch they say is the best .mono is a main factor along with the other stuff. Then studies are still being done with to buffered just like thi:duel::duel::duel::duel::duel::duel:s queston comes up so does a new an improved creatine prouduct. Just not from the results.

Creatine Mono is the most proven form of Creatine, however, after trying almost every supplement outside of prohormones, I think supplementing with creatine is a waste of money.
