I started my cycle of pplex today and im going with a 30mg/day cycle. thinking about maybe stacking with hdrol to get a little bit more lean mass but after just one day of this stuff i think it might be enough cause i have no problem building mass and strength as it is so this is really helping

Height: 5'8
Weight: 154
Max Bench: 275
Arms: 15.5
Chest: 41
Waist: 32
just a question i had before i get to far in. Should i be taking an estrogen blocker? If so when? Now, week 3, after? any help would be appreciated.
Also how does cardio affect this. because just today alone with my workout i felt like i was running the whole time i seemed to get a cardio workout just running through an intense workout. then again it might be because its my first day my body isnt used to it.
