Rpm

correct. test boosting is one of the many attributes to RPM, but not its main focus
  • Rpm contains icarrin, which has metabolic test simulating properties.
  • Mass fx is a 25 diol and divanil. Divanil helps inhibit the binding of SHBG to bind with testosterone 25 diol helps initiate release of the LH.

good answer :) RPM is more of a strength/energy/body comp-enhancing type product- with some additive effects over time- Mass-Fx is great for boosting free test and libido- nettle is great for SHBG inhibition, 25 AR- can find very little research, but I have heard some really good anecdotal reports on it as far as gains.....

Actually, I don't use stimulants or fat burners, as I'm an ectomorph and it would require me to consume even more calories. I ask about the RPM for my girlfriend, I want to make sure it won't cause her hormones to fluctuate too much.

oh no it wont. my gf has used it before. I would never put anything in her that had the potential to harm her. your good there!

Nothing wrong with a female using RPM (or any natural testosterone boosters, for that matter). I've been using it for quite some time now. Feel free to drop by and check out my threads (on them) in the Product Reviews/Logs Forum.

Furthermore, I'd like to make sure it won't effect her birth control pills. Nothing ruins an exercise routine like an unplanned pregnancy. Lol!

Or just look at her pictures :drools:

Yeah, well, THEY dispel any myths of "if a female lifts heavy or uses things like testosterone boosters, then she will end up looking like a man"! (I seriously want to beat this thought out of anyone I hear say it!)

I luv me some muscles on a woman, and I'd let my girl take all the testosterone boosters she wants as long as it's not going to effect her birth control. Birth control pills work by increasing estradiol levels, or estrogen. That's all I know about them. My question is, will having higher testosterone levels offset estrogen levels to the point where the estradiol pills will lose effectiveness?

I'm sure the RPM will be fine, but how about some of the stronger testosterone boosters?

RPM will be fine. As for other testosterone boosters, it will depend on the ingredients in them (each is different). Having higher testosterone levels shouldn't offset estrogen levels, as the higher testosterone in a female is insignificant.

I'm the wrong person to ask re BC, as I don't use them; Crader might know. (As for pregnancy ruining an exercise routine: This is a myth; it's safe to exercise right up until the baby's due).

What is the reasoning behind getting your girlfreind to use RPM? (i.e. what goal are you hoping to achieve?)

Crader uses IUD.

The primary focus of my gurl is to gain muscle, while slowly cutting body fat at the same time. I figure it's a waste of time to have her work on cutting as the primary focus, when she could be working harder to build muscle. I'm not sure of her body fat %, but it's low enough for her to tone up as she hits the weights. I work hard with her on form and technique. She has also taken interest in nutrition lately.

fine then, i see how it is

LOL. I'm looking forward to seeing ALL the AN team! :D

Gaining muscle and losing fat simultaneously is a very SLOW process (since gaining muscle and losing fat are at OPPOSITE ends of the diet spectrum)! However, it CAN be done. Her diet/nutrition must be spot on, since THIS will be the deciding factor in her results!

I would suggest using the IGF-2/NeoVar Recomped stack, if that were her goal, as opposed to just RPM alone. I use this stack, and even eating 4000 cal/day I gained muscle mass and stayed at less than 10% bodyfat! (i.e. I started at 47kg and 9.7% bodyfat, and ended at 50kg and 8.5% BF (i.e. +3.215kg LBM and -0.215kg BF) over a 'competition' period; just showing that recomping IS possible, but slow).

Ya, maybe I am confused about how women work... I'm so used to my own body type. I'm genetically blessed. I'm going to check out the stack you told me about, it won't require a PCT will it? I prefer that she uses all OTC supplements. Thank you for your input, it's very useful to hear about fitness from a womans perspective.

i wish i could go to the arnold

arnold is my fav bb of all time.

That was the time when they still looked "natural" but beastly as well. his biceps peak is my fav

They were anything but natural. Although I do agree they looked damn good. Much better than what we have now days. Arnold is my role model as well. I watch Pumping Iron as a motivator EOD, haha!

Don't be confused. Apart from a few differences, physiologically we work pretty similarly.

No, the stack won't require a PCT. EVERYTHING by AN is NATURAL. And I personally would NEVER use or recommend that a female uses steroids (anyone who does is just plain stupid)! They're all OTC, if you walk into a supplement store.

You're welcome. Unfortunately, don't take MY perspective on fitness as being the 'norm' when it comes to females. MOST females' (unless they're SERIOUS athletes) idea of fitness is nothing like mine!
