so there's like 500mg of each creatine. i dont' think it will really make a difference. which may or may not be true. u never know with a proprietary blend

i had sample bottles of that creatine when i ran my store. customers didnt care all to much for it and prefered a straight bulk monohydrate. i only gave two away to see how they felt about it. overall it was ranked at a 5 out of 10

i didnt own it, i was just the GM. however economy did hurt it alot, as it is now no longer there

no need for it, dont buy products that include it/dont encourage companies to make everything methylated or an ethyl ester attachment.
