I have tried the search bar, but I get nothing. So sorry for make a thread for something so simple. I grabbed some PEA from nutra awhile back to use as a study aid. I really need a study aid atm. So I was thinking of taking 1g of phenibut and some PEA, but I dont know how much PEA to take in a dose. I have the lil 1 gram packet from nutra, know the dose is much lower, about how much would you say?
