powdered mono dosing

just bought some powdered mono from NP and was wonder how everyone normally takes/doses it..i've used neovar in the past and wanted to try a cycle of pure mono... thanks
 
I usually throw 5g in my morning shake, and 5g in my PWO shake.
 
dude 70cc's of mono is probably like 40g. just take a regular teaspoon from your silverware drawer and do a rounded spoonful.
