If you're just trying to up your caloric intake, I think I mentioned in your other thread try eating denser foods. Complex carbs, fats (I mentioned 1tbsp coconut oil with meals). I suggested coconut oil since I find it digests fast for me and doesn't make me very full. In comparison, just a tsp of cod liver oil really dampens my apetite (And that's still 40% sat, must be the fish taste lol).
Although I did find personally I could feel hungry again sooner while using PSlin. My normal porridge (oats) wouldn't fill me up the same, but I guess we're all unique :thumbsup:
