I dont know how many of you are familiar with topical ache creams such as bengay or others that contain Menthol.
Most of us know that aspirin, ibuprofen, and most oral painkillers are catabolic, anti-anabolic.
But is menthol okay, because it just creates a burning sensation to alleviate pain.
(ps Im currently taking x-factor and the aches in my legs are getting pretty intense.)
