  1. dont know what i want for winter bulk! could use some help!


    i am trying to come up with a nasty stack for this winter! i get my cast off in about 6-7 weeks, and the day i do im going on a all out, hardcore, insane bulk!
    i was thinking about Iforce Nutrition's Max-Out and DIVANEX from NP.......
    when im start the second bottle of Max-Out, i was going to throw some M-Stak in for 21 days.........but now im wondering if there are better options out there......any one want to help me out a little bit??

  3. i have all that stuff, those are staples.....stuff i take every day no matter what.....im taking it with my broken arm, even though i cant work out.......

  4. That sucks, good luck with it.
    I seriously wouldn't bother with much else than that tho, the most I could think of adding is GABA which makes for AMAZING sleep and has GH effects. Also some WMS for post workout, then maybe a bulk pre-workout mix like AEE,your choice of creatine and GMS or WMS.

  5. Phyto-Testosterone is a great add for a bulk.

    Yes. i ran Phyto for 4 weeks and i got about 9lb of lean mass from it. I'm sure i could have seen more if i was running PP's stack but i just stuck with the Phyto that time.

    is the neovar that you get from the kwick karb/neovar combo the same a if you buy neovar alone?? i know there are two different versions........soo hows it look so far??

    i take xtend too and thats got 3.5grams, how much do you need daily??

  19. I just prefer leucine over anything, but its better to get all 3 so i guess stick with the 2:1:1 or pick the all up seperatly

    9 pounds from testofen and methoxy? were you taking anything else?

    lots of protein, Multi vitamins and CLA

  22. It also helped out that I got the chance to train every day twice a day for the 4weeks. So with that and the Phyto it worked out really well for me.

    Training twice a day for 4 weeks would make you lose 9 lbs..
