I've tried it and it didn't do anything special for me. ive had better results from other pre-workout supps. im talking about taking this in straight pill form.

Yea I get better results from a complex carb than any NO product, but if you wanna try ecydysterone i would try a pure product.

the deal is you have to take large doses frequently

only way to do this finacially is to buy bulk.
