I am thinking about trying some Humino Maax, or Multi Pro AST. anybody tried either? aLSo was considering maybe twinlabs amino fuel.. any input ?
also i have been working out for a while, but im pretty new with supplements, i just started taking NO's for better pump, and of course I have been taking protein after work outs and about 2 more times a day. I take some amino acids, and thats about it. What else am i missing? dont laugh

Just pick up some bulk BCAA's or EAA's (CoreABC,, ICE etc. etc.) and youll be set...and try to get more whole foods instead of 3 shakes a day...just a thought...
