Alright guys I'm very ignorant when it comes to this stuff, but basically I'm trying to gain muscle mass during the winter time and try to lean off in the spring time. Currently I work out 4 times a week for about 50mins. back/bi's chest/tri's shoulders/abs legs/abs. I really don't do much for cardio except play ball once a week. (Its Seattle it rains all the time.) Currently I use NO Xplode, and MASS FX. I have a protein shake probably once or twice every week, which I know isn't that much at all, however my diet has quite a bit of protein in it. Will this regiment work? Thanks for the input.
