First off i'm male, 22, 160, 5'8" and am currently coming off a cut and moving into an all out bulk. I will be lifting 5x/week. Please give advise on dosing all of these supplements effectively.
How would you dose anabolic pump, cre-02, and igf-2 with this current meal plan and workout schedule. Any critiques and advice is much welcome. Thanks a lot!
pre-breakfast 6:30am
1 scoop whey protein
8oz whole milk
Breakfast 7:15am
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
8oz whole milk
mid-morning meal 10:00am
1tbs natty peanut butter
1 scoop whey
8oz whole milk
Lunch 1:00pm
1 can tuna
1 cup oatmeal
Prewo meal 4:30pm
1 scoop whey
1 apple
Postwo 6pm
2 scoop whey
50g waxy maize starch
Dinner 7:30pm
