Hello Eveyone....i Been Hearing A Lot AboutAnd I Finally Buy It Is There Any Good Supplement That Can Be Stacked With This One I Wanna Gain Lean Mass I Been Working Out For 5 Years But I Reach I Point Where Im Not Gaining Any Weight Just By Eating 8 Times A Day Lol...so If Anyone Can Help Me O This One I Will Really Appreciate It....(sorry For My English)

I like to recommend individuals run products solo the first time they try them, or with supplements they have experience with. In this manor you will be able to differentiate between benefits from one supplement to the other.
Have you used anything in the past that you liked?

-Creatine (great for cell volumization)
-Prime (great for strength and muscle gains)
Also, I also see you're 148 lbs. I am 5'6 and I am 175 lbs or so and eating 4000 calories per day and I am an ectomorph. You may want to think about upping your calories to add more strength and muscle. Hope this helps!

first off please post ur diet. r u aeating an apple eight times a day or sumthin, cuase thats crazy. on the other hand while u can use ap on either a bulk or a cut it seems to me like it might not the be product your looking for. i use to be able to eat carbs while dieting and to not get uber fat when bulking. but if you are eating good and still weigh 148 than this prob not what ur looking for.

i have good experience with creatine and once i took gaba like 3 years ago and it was really good. i used to weight 165 like 3 years ago but i lose a lot of weight becasuse i quick working out. ill post my diet below ( MY WEIGHT ITS UPDATED NOW I WEIGHT 153, 10 % BF)
before breakfast: 1 scoop whey protein
MEAL 1: 10 EGG WHITES, 1 CUP COOKED OATMEAL, 1/2 APPLE , (MULTIVITAMIN, 1 CAP FISH OIL )
MEAL 2: 1 CAN TUNNA WATER (LOW SODIUM) 4 PIECES WHOLE WHEAT BREAD, 1 CUP BROCCOLI
MEAL 3: 8 OUNCES CHICKEN BREAST OR 1 CAN TUNNA, 1 CUP WHOLE WHEAT PASTA OR 4 PIECES WHOLE WHEAT BREAD, 1 CUP BROCCOLI, 1/2 APPLE ( 1 FISH OIL CAP)
MEAL 4 : MEAL 4 1 CAN TUNNA 2 PIECES WHOLE WHEAT BREAD, 1/2 CUP OATMEAL, 1/2 APPLE
MEAL 5: 1 SCOOP WHEY PROTEIN ( BEFORE WORKOUT)
MEAL 6: (AFTER WORKOUT) 1 BAGEL , 2 TBSP STRAWBERRY JELLY , 2 SCOOPS WHEY PROTEIN
MEAL 7: GROUND TURKEY 99% FAT FREE OR 8 OUNCES CHICKEN BREAST , 1 CUP BORCCOLI 1 TBSP EVOO
( 1 FISH OIL CAP)
MEAL 8 : (BEFORE BED) 1/2 CUP LOW FAT COTTAGE CHEESE , 1 TBSP NATTY PEANUT BUTTER
NOTE: ON MEAL 7 AND 8 I DONT EAT CARBS BECAUSE I TEND TO PUT ON TOO MUCH FAT WHEN I EAT CARBS AT NIGHT.
YOU CAN SEE THAT I DONT HAVE A BAD DIET AND IM NOT GAINING WEIGHT I DONT KNOW WHY SO I WANT A LITTLE HELP FROM SUPPLEMENT AND AS YOU CAN SEE IM EATING A LOT CARBS SO I HOPE THAT AP CAN HELP TO USE BETTER THOSE CARBS.
