their not bad, just underdoseded and therefore expensive
Plus its not good that they put dhea in there, so you cant really try taking more than the reccomended.
it would be better to buy something else
i reccommend mass fx, activate xtreme or x-factor
plus people have a bad view of gaspari nutrition because its a supplement giant along the lines of muscltech and bsn. But gaspari product actually work, particulary size on and superpump 250, but not so much the other products.
