just saw this product for the first time... searched didn't find anything. i've liked bsn's products but they are kind of pricey depending where you buy... is this stuff any good?
 
it looks ahhh ok. too low in carbs for me, 20g with 5 being sugar and rest being WMS and malto. bcaa and banaba :woohoo:...i wouldn't waste the money. for what they want you can buy everything and make 5 times that amount!
 
You're better off with some home made concoction of your choice. I've been having awesome workouts with 100g of waxy maize, 50 grams whey, 5 grams beta-alanine, 3 grams creatine gluconate, and P-Slin pre-workout.
 
For the amount of $ for it (even with NutraPlanets low pricing) and the amount of servings/directions on the bottle, it's ridiculous.
 
I like some BSN products but the cost is what makes me think twice. Did you see this thread this week here.
