Sizeon ingredients help

Hey guys, just wondering if one of you geniuses could break down sizeons ingredients into a basic, simple list.

I know sometimes companies will take creatine mono for example and name it supergrow626 complex and im not good at spotting that kind of stuff.

Obviously it has mono, and glycerol. What is Gaspari Proprietary Oligosaccharide Polyisomeric Growth Matrix?

For carbs, they put maltodextrin and fibersol(a type of fiber)
no, not wms
For creatine they put creatine gluconate and monohydrate

they put a bunch of vitamins

they put glycerol monosterate

and hmb, actyl-lcartine
some other stuff
and a great flavoring system
 
it wont be as good but probally good enough

size on is expensive

so for cost/effectiveness i think it would be better

BUT it not overall as effective
 
Should i use maltodextrin as my carb source, or is there a better carb out there i can use to make this an even better generic sizeon?
 
definately creatine gluconate and waixy maize starch or wms

id also add in vanadium sulphate and capsuled cinnamon for cheap insulin potentators

So one dose would look like
60 grams wms
3 grams creatine gluconate
20mg vanadium sulphate
2 grams cinnamon in capsules(usually will be 4 capsules,500 mg each)

however, malto is much cheaper than wms, but wms def gives more pump.

if you use malto, you might want to add in glycerol monostearate for a pump.
 
i was thinking more like 25g to 30g wms considering theres only 31g of carbs in sizeon altogether making it 31g or less possible of maltodextrine in it.

I wanted to make a super sizeon to sum it up lol

5g creatine gluconate
5g creatine mono
2g di creatine malate
2g tri creatine malate
30g wms
3g beta alanine
5g glycerol monostearate
2g arginine alpha ketoglutarate
5g l-arginine
2g citulline malate
2g caffeine

thats equals 14g creatine and
30g carbs
and 9g nitric oxide per serving.

sound good or bad?
what can be added or taken out
(taken out only if absolutely non beneficial)

Add in about 5 grams of Leucine, drop the extra creatines (gluconate is plenty strong enough) and this is badass looking.

Of course there are some other ingredients that will make it COMPETELY unmatched, but you will see this soon.
 
other ingredients such as? ;)
and is that a hint to look forward to a company coming
out with this such ingredient profile?

you mean 0.2 caff right.

drop the L-Arginine and stick with 5g aakg & 5g CM.
 
take the creatine(5 grams gluconate an hour before the workout) with 30 wms
take the nitric oxide stuff and caffiene 30 minutes prior
Even though preworkout forumulations include creatine and nitric oxide at the same time, this is not the best solution.

dsade, is right, you only need 1 good creatine, for creatine to work, its all about the dosing and time.

take the beta alanine everyday 3-5grams and also include it when you take the nitric oxide stuff

glycerol mono goes with the creatine gluconate and wms intraworkout or can also include split half and half when you take the nitric oxide stuff

take another serving of wms and gluconate during or after the workout

and your forgot to mention bcaa's are taking xtend or anything?
xtend i just about the same price as bulks and it comes with flavoring.

yeah, whats the flavoring system going to be?
 
i meant 2 cups of coffee, not 2g
so basically 1g of caffeine.

And if i dont have a budget, why cut out the arginine
and other forms of creatine?

My flavoring system will probably be a crystal light
or gatorade powder stick.

Flavor is not really a neccessity with my supps,
i dont buy them to enjoy the flavor, i buy them to enjoy
the gains.

dude two cups of coffe is not on gram of caffiene. maybe like 200 mg lol

your thread is started not to make sense

if you dont have a budjet by sizeon

but sizeon isnt even a preworkout drink, its an intraworkout drink

Roughly... :)

Depends on how big your cup is. A Grande from Starbucks is something like 170mg.

If you are not caffeine sensitive, 200 to 300 mg should be your sweet spot.
 
but where the hell can u get it that cheap

60 serving sizeon=100 dollars

60 servings superpump= roughly 50 dollars
 
this is funny, first i would like to talk to you about half an hour after u ingest 1 gram of caffeine. second, why on earth would u need 14 grams of creatine? use the gluconate, 5 grams pre and 5 grams post would probably be more than enough. 200 mg of caffeine is plenty, ur gonna give yourself a heart attack. if youve ramped up to the point where u need more than that...its time to take a break from caffeine and let ur adrenals reset.
