Always wondered which form is better if it be creatine, bcaa whatever ? Is there a differance between taking a powder form and cap form ? Does one have better results ???
I agree, powder. There has also been some debate over which form absorbs better, and most people lean towards the powder if one really is more effective than the other. However, if you're looking for the much coveted convenience factor, then capsules are what you should look towards. They are usually more expensive per serving, though it shouldn't really matter that much.
