Whats the best creatine? Whats the best protien? Help me out here people, and is there any pre workout mix better than NoXplode?

what he said but look into superpump 250 and NO3 overload for pre-workout.

JP8 looks good but i havent tried it.

the only good thing i really like about dymatize is that its low to zero cholesterol. its pretty pricey otherwise in G/serving
