Beta-alanine and allergies
I read a post over at BB.com and it questioned BA and increasing ones reaction to allergens. I can't find the post now, but curious if anyone has any information on this. I have noticed since using BA, my allergies appear to have gotten worse. I'm not a science guy, but curious if this is possible and if anyone else has come across this.

I have taken BA for about 6 months now and have not had a problem... I also take Claritin every night for my allergies..
