| Gold Member | Alright, I am looking to start a stack of Anabolic Pump, Blue Gene, and simple Creatine Gluconate (maybe even throw is some JP8- not sure yet) but i have been cutting down for a long time. Went from about 268 to 197-200 in about 4-5 months. I am ready to gain now, but don't want to lose everything I have worked for in regards to my lean nature. My question is, how much do I increase my carb in-take to take full advantage of AP? List below is my diet, please let me know what you think I should add, and where: Meal 1- Packet of Quaker, low sugar oatmeal P-Shake: 30grams of protein, 4g BCAAs, 3g Beta Alanine Meal 2- 1 Chicken breast 1/2 cup veg. Meal 3- 1 Chicken breast 1/2 cup veg. Meal 4- 1 Chicken breast 1/2 cup veg. Preworkout shake: 30 grans Protein 12-15 grams carbs 4g BCAAs, 3g Beta Alanine Postworkout Sake 30 grans Protein 12-15 grams carbs 4g BCAAs, 3g Beta Alanine Meal 5- 1-2 chicken breasts 1/2 cup veg Midnight/2 AM Piss shake: Night Protein mix- 30 grans Protein 4g BCAAs, 3g Beta Alanine Thanks! |

| Registered User | From reading the AP Manual, it depends on how carb sensitive you are. Some people have needed to play around with the timing, type of carbs, and total amount of carbs. For me, I am not too carb sensitive, but AP worked best for me taken 30-45 mins before carb intake and I would take 75 grams of carbs usually from oatmeal. Hope that helps a bit. Search for the AP Manual and maybe Mullet can help out a little bit as well. The rest of the diet looks good. What's your training look like? |

| Gold Member | I would like to think I train really hard (as i would assume most meat heads do). I do a 4/5 day split. Usually chest, back, arms, legs, shoulders on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday/Friday respectively. I am lifting heavier right now, more compound movements than iso- trying to increase mass more than tone up. I know with my diet, mass building isn't going to work as well as I would like, which is why I am trying to figure out how to add a little to my diet to make the most of my supplements and training. Lifting Stats: (Final Reps/Maxes) Bench- 315-320 Squat- 405 Dead lift- 455 LB- 197-200 BF- 10-11% Age: 24 5'10" |

| Gold Member | Thanks! I printed off the manual and am going through it right now. It seems to have everything! Good work to whoever created this bad boy! All supplements should have something like this, really helps the consumer! Also- Anyone really big on JP8? Good results, hate it, love it? |

| Gold Member | It doesn't taste as bad as the original NO Shotgun does it? The best description of the taste of No Shotgun I have ever seen written refers to the flavor as "strippers butt hole". Also perhaps the funniest description, as well as the most accurate. |

| IBE Representative | I've never tasted a stripper's butt-hole... JP8 doesn't taste horrible, nor does it taste great. For the great kick in the ass that you get from it, you won't even worry about the taste. On a scale from 1-10, with 10 being the greatest taste, I will give it a 6.5 Give it a go!
