just got my nutra caps super fast shipping!!

but one thing i didnt know is that cissus taste like CRAP
i opend one cap and will never do it again lol YUCK!!

also i was planning to take 2caps am 2 per and or post workout and then 2 at bed time
is this a good doseing protocal

I just started taking cissus and I use the bulk powder. But because I'm cheap I just mix it in water and choke it down. I agree it is yuck. It tastes better if you mix it in V8.
