Ok i've been taking this for a few weeks at 1gram 3 times a day and i personally feel absolutely nothing. i had decent results with AP and for the first few weeks would get a grea pump at the gym... with yellow gold there's nothing. i feel like crap after taking it and eating breakfast and i don't get any boost in energy or muscle fullness. should i up the dose? a gram so far doesn't make me sh!t myself so... any suggestions would be appreciated
