My Libido is Gone and Erections are Weak

First of all, I want to thank you guys in advance for any help you can provide in this tough time.

For those of you who are not aware, propecia is a drug with some serious side effects. Check out the propecia help website if you want to hear more stories, or if your first instinct is to call these problems "psychological."

Ok, my situation is this. I took the drug for 10 years. I'm 32 years old. When quitting this drug cold turkey, it was almost like a hormonal shock or something. My urine flow was a trickle, morning erections were gone, spontaneous erections were gone, semen was watery, and libido was dead. The only way to get a boner was through manual stimulation and it was very weak, and went away quickly. Even with viagra I could not have sex. I was, however, able to have oral sex from time to time. After ejaculating, it took another 2 days or so before I could get another erection. It was like the entire sexual portion of my body was fatigued to the point of exhaustion.

It has been 6 months now. Things have gotten MUCH better. Semen is still watery and libido is basically still dead, but morning erections and spontaneous erections are back. I don't need 2 days off anymore. Oral sex is starting to feel good. I still don't have much sensitivity in the head of my penis, though. Best of all, with viagra, I am able to have sex. The bad part is, I can't feel it much. And I don't have the libido to enjoy it much. So I can bring my girlfriend to orgasm, but can't finish myself. She has to finish me off orally.

My quesition is this: What to do now? Obviously there has been some slow progress from my body on its own. I tried a thing called the broccoli treatment, which increased the strength and frequency of my urination. But how do I get my libido and erection strength all the way back? I want to get over the hump. I've heard about a combination of dermacrine sustain and diesel test, but I don't know anything about this. Is it effective? Any side effects? Where do I get it? Or are there other better products? Anyone think I should just let my body readjust naturally? Thank you so much for any responses. I'm just trying to get back to having a normal sex life, with a normal sex drive. Thanks.

I did go to a urologist. He admittedly doesn't know a ton about the effects of long-term use of propecia on the body. He is basically of the mind that time will continue to be the cure, as my hormones normalize. He believes that eventually all of the drug (and the drug's effect) will be gone from my body. I tend to agree...I just don't know how long it will take. It's strange to have no sex drive. It's frustrating to look at a beautiful naked woman and have no desire to do anything.

Yohimbine was great for sex for me. Stronger orgasms and better bloodflow. Worth a try.

yohimbine is great, try that and it's very cheap. if u can find it online somewhere it's called post cycle therapy by IDS. will make your wife/gf wish u were back to having problems. or any of the natural test boosters like activate should work out well... maybe ask doc about taking clomid or hcg for a while.

also have you had a prostate exam? granted the propecia should shrink it if there was a problem but side effects are impotence. like the doc said probably will go away because they are slowly starting to now, so just head to *** and get their yohimbine in the herb section. pop 2 of those and you'll have an erection for a long long time

Fenugreek / Maca / Blue UP / Coq Diesel

I had a nasty 'dry spell', about 1 week of Coq Diesel + Blue UP had me completely turned around. In fact, I had to wear blinders like a horse for about a week after my last dose to keep my mind on the task at hand.

having no libido really sucks. sustain should do the trick i am currently on it right now and at day 5 i feel like I'm 18 again. i've heard great things about Diesel test hardcore also. We sell the fenugreek also, and we’ve had mixed reports about its effects on libido. I honestly don’t think it’s the best option.

Sustain Alpha is the perfect product for libido. I’ve never seen a customer with low libido not notice tremendous improvements from this product.

The fenugreek can raise prolactin, and this can reduce libido in a some men. If increasing libido is your main concern, I would'nt choose fenugreek.

Don’t get me wrong, I still think its great stuff for a lot of purposes. [It’s the main ingredient in our Phyto-Test]

Cheap I would do Alpha Drive XL stacked with Fenugreek (both on sale on nutraplanet, $20 together). This gave me insane libido, I eyed up everything with a heart-beat. 1 Draw-back, when you get off, libido gone, it seems to be a temporary fix for me :-(

Blue Gene makes for tungsten stiffees, and Endotest boosts libido really well, as I'd bet Sunami would (though it has little feedback yet).

Yeah, I was recommending Sustain Alpha, not fenugreek.

Toco-8 has a synergistic effect with Sustain Alpha by increasing the testes ability to create Testosterone. Toco-8 a good long-term hormonal support supplement that will help address the root of the problem, rather than just a temporary fix.

ZMA would also be a good choice.
