Ginkgo and ALCAR are cheap libido/hardness boosters that work great for me in that department even though that was not the reason I used them. Maca is also a good choice, but I think Ginkgo and ALCAR work better for me in that respect.

I think Yohimbine works ok, but only in combination with other things like iicarin and other PDE5 inhibitors.

I hear a lot about Rhodiola Rosea helping with the mental aspect of things too.

Though they help, you don't always have to shell out for expensive products to get results.

yohimbee works fine by itself. u have to get the yohimbine extract there's a difference

This might be a dumb question, but how do I use the Sustain Alpha? It says to rub in on the body. I assumed it was a supplement to be taken orally. Where do I rub it exactly (that didn't sound good)? Thanks for the help.

Rub 5 pumps from your neck to your scrotum.

Try the Sustain & Toco-8 alone for a couple weeks and see how it makes you feel. Then, switch to the Maca or Yohimbe after the libido surge from Sustain levels out…

There is nothing dangerous about running all the products together, but IMO you can’t really gauge what is working [and what is not] when using so many products at once.

Most libido issues can be assisted by dopaminergic channels. You could try stacking NADH with l or dl-phenylalanine.
