I bought a jug of ground celery seed from a well known and respected site that carries many herbs and health food. Got it in today, label says its just celery seed. However, it tastes so salty that I cant take it. 1/2 TBS ruined a protein shake.

Is ground celery seed supposed to taste that salty? I think they screwed up and got celery salt, but they don't think so.

They were quite generous and issued me a credit, and told me to keep the product, but now I'm confused as to what I've actually got.
