im 39. lift 3 days a week, cardio 3 days a week. not looking for max gains just overall general fitness/health. i lift hard with minimal rest between sets. right now i use muscle milk light and betagen. i eat a pretty decent diet that i dont intend to change much. i plan on dropping the betagen and going with essentials when it come out and poseidon. what are your thoughts on these choices? feedback please
