I need a recommendation for a good multi-v for the gal.

I dont believe in a 1 a day, but will consider it.

Thanks

Reps for the product/products i finally choose.

I cant tell you what to give her, but I can tell you to read this msnbc article on what not to give her:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16655168/

talks of lead and contamination, so do your re-"search" before you recommend something to her.

This has been settled (money to consumers) and the product has long since been removed from all Vitamin Shoppes.

I only bring this up because the settlements are finally being mailed out to customers in the coming weeks.

As for a multi for women, why not the animal pak?
Or MVP/ZMK from MST.

animal for males or serious lifters........ IMO

I will look into the MST stack.

I doubt she could take the animal pak. I know its a mental thing, but she cant swallow pills...........

Dont even go there. lol

if shes not an athlete i would just use whatever cheap basic multi you can find from a reputable brand like NOW, ON, Centrum, etc

as long as shes eating a reasonable diet that is.

If shes an athlete I'm sure theres a womans counterpart to NOW ADAM that would do the trick.

(no need to overthink your multi vitamin purchase if you already eat fruits/veggies/nuts all day in addition to your starches and meats)

The MST stack is amazing, but IMO its overkill unless shes working out real hard. especially as its pricey for a multi v&m

thats the other problem, her diet isnt stellar. I have to get onto her about eating small balanced meals and water intake.......Sometimes she wont eat but once a day. shes at 133 now.

I was going to say Good catch SilentBob187,since it looked like this was all resolved, but this is my whole problem with the "whole" industry, we have to believe like sheep what the labels say, until something happens, I just found this stuff:

http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/pbvitami.html

http://www.treehugger.com/files/2008/09/lead-in-vitamins.php

http://zrecs.blogspot.com/2008/08/fda-finds-lead-in-most-childrens.html

http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/pbvitami.html

Not trying to start a panic, just sharing relevant information.
Im very fickle, so incidents like this leave a real bad taste in my mouth, fool me once, fool me twice kinda thing. I would surely not give my little lady something that had both excessive lead and underdosed amounts of labeled ingredients at one time. Over reaction, maybe, my choice, absolutely.
