Ab supplement

hey all,
looking for some advice on what supplement would really help my abs pop, im almost there, and just need something to give alittle kick i think.
additionally, any feedback on atomic meltdown, i tan in the winter and seems pretty good.

How would you use these sups as far as application and timing?
i have only ever used methyl-ripped and transdermals are new to me.
