1st post, please help!

hello there, I'm new to this site but just a really quick question what should be taken 1st? RPM, Ragnarok, or my stack IGF-2 and Neovar? should I take the stack 30-45 min. after taking RPM and Ragnarok?


I do 3x10 and 5x5 routine ,
one every 3 weeks, and then change to the other, the usual includes:
bench,
flies,
db rows,
shoulder raises,
shrugs,
curls,
and triceps,

I tend to change into a different exercise every 2 weeks plus I do squats which is 145 lbs, 4x8, and then explosive squats 2x5, after i tend to do floor wipers, with 25 lbs on each end, 4x8, I go to calf raisers, (which are a b!tch), 4x20, after that ordeal I drink some Whey (yummy) and get on to the abs and Captains of Crush Level 1. (which in fact I have level 1 & 1.5).

am pretty weak at benching and squatting, tend to get fear of dropping the bar lol.


any info will help thanks! If I can start benching my own weight by this semester, no doubt I wouldn't start experimenting with bodybuilding next semester. I've been always interested. Consider me a n00b to this site.
