Not telling you to search lol. Just that I have seen so many of those polls, and top lists, without any goal in mind. I see so many that will come up with

"FOOD"

Yeah a lot better.

I'd get:

Protein
DS ActivAte
Xtend or ICE

And cycle on and off the Act.

for $100/mo:

a decent multi (NOW adam)
your favorite type of creatine.( mono, ee, etc)
Fish oil
Something for prewo energy (if you need it)

that would leave you enough money left over that you could grab another product that you have wanted to try out after hearing all the great reviews on here.

BCAA
Fish Oil
ZMA
ALCAR
Creatine Mono

That's easily less than $100/month - If I were to add more: Beta-Alanine, Digestion Aid, Forskolin, Green Tea

A Legal Gear Christmas:
T-911, BC+EAA, Lipotropic Protein

- c'mon in, grab an eggnog, and listen to the tale of how one little supplement company saved the Yuletide...

Hey Resolve. You just won the ESSENTIAL give away contest. Do you know it contains 4 of the items you listed plus more?

Are you looking for categories or specific products?

My staples end up at the top of my list:
EAA / BCAA
Fish Oil / EFAs / antioxidants
Creatine (Ragnarok is this and SOOO much more)
Muscular Endurance (Beta-Alanine, Citrulline Malate, Rhodiola Rosea, etc)
Anabolic Pump (YMMV, and often does)

others I love:
Electrolyte mix etc (Poseidon)
Digestive enzymes (for all that protein)
Fat burners (Recreate, REDuction, Meltdown)
ALCAR
L-Tyrosine
Pre workout stims

Club Myth's unofficial EggHead
Constant and never ending improvement - Choong Sil
