For those of you who do cardio after weights how do you manage your PWO shake and your cardio??
Cardio is one thing I know almost nothing about...
I want to do cardio as part of increasing my stamina and staying lean while recovering my thyroid and then bulking so I will do 20-30 mins PWO.
Would just having a protein shake then waiting 10 minutes then doig cardio be ok?
I am from a school of thought that you should wait untill the blood is not engorging your muscles before your protein shake which leaves me about a half hour before cardio. I am an endo though. I don't tend to lose mass very easily.

Good question bro. I am interested in hearing everyone's thoughts. I always do 20-30 min. of cardio immediately after my weight training. I usually just sip my pwo shake during the cardio session or sometimes just right after the entire workout is done. I keep a lil cooler in my truck with ice packs in it, so my shake stays fresh.
