nope, im dosing 2 in the morning with breakfast, 3 pre workout, and 3 as i climb into bed. i might drop to 6 or 7, 8 seems like a little overoard.
well day 2 went well, was a leg and back day.
squats 4x10
135 for 10 reps to warm up

245x10 went well over all felt strong through all lifts, im feeling a little empty with my usual pre workout meal, seems with prime i need to add a little more food.
Deadlifts didnt go to heavy just repped everything

275x10 deadlifts felt great, although i felt like i could have used a little more protein before hand. stomach just has a strange empty feeling. But overall everything went well felt strong, seems like every workout is a great workout. placebo or prime not sure yet.
With back did 3x10 with t-rows, lat pulldowns, seated rows. I havent really noticed a huge difference in size or strength yet, but i feel like i can workout forever, nothing seems impossible. after taking at night i get a headache in the morning its strange but goes away after about an hour or so. definite increase in food consumption, still feels like it has some stimulant properties too it, dont know why i just get that feeling. Don't really see a difference in pumps oor vascularity yet but there is definitely something going on thats different. ill keep you guys updated!!!
