weight gain high protein shake

I am tired of spending money on these over rated shakes. I want to try and start making my own. Anyone got a good recipe for a good weight gain (maintain weight) high protein shake.

home made gainers are certainly the best, OP if looking for the convenience of a pre packaged weightgainer go with MHP Up Your Mass, the carbs sources they use all have a low glycemic index and the fibers will keep you full longer than it's maltodextrin gainer counter parts will.
