Sorry man I messed up. Kind of sucks cause I wrote a lot down but long story short this stuff is the sh|t. I love the cupcake batter. Just wanted to let everyone know so they could try it out.and its cheap too like 30 for the blend at 5lbs. Wich got me thinking any of you know what the % of the CON. Protien used in this protien
