I knwo you sadi random but can you think of anything that might trigger them?

Normally I get headaches from either lack of sleep or lack of water intake.

Are you on any stims that could cause a rise in blood pressure and or had past problems with headaches?

I had the same issue with headaches. I increased my water intake (alot!) and this worked for me.

Actually a little caffeine might be beneficial for headaches caused by X-Factor. If I remember correctly X-Factor exerts a vasodilating effect in your body. When the blood vessels in your head fill up and expand the extra pressure will cause head aches. The caffeine will act as a vasoconsticter and help alleviate some of the pressure. I would wait for the molecular reps to answer though before taking my advice.

Hey man,

Increase water intake, and letmeknow how it goes. 90% of the guys who have headaches on XF don't drink enough water.

Let me know how it goes!!

I see. WF is a little bit of a diuretic so doesn't help.

Whenever you think about it, drink WATER. Notjuice, water. You shall see a big difference
