    Sorry this is long...

    I'm 150lbs, 20 yo, never was a serious bodybuilder until a few months ago. I've been an avid runner/aerobics obsessor for 3 years, but never did weights until we got some free workout equipment + bowflex a couple months ago.

    So I've been working out for 2-3 months now and I've seen DRAMATIC changes in my physique from working out 6 days a week. I have 2 seperate arm days and 1 leg day. Repeat, then 1 day break, with 40 minutes of aerobic exercise on every workout day..

    Im currently taking the following:
    • Isopure's Whey Protein (9lb container) Low-Carb Chocolate - qd after workout.
    • USPLab's Recreate - almost done with first bottle, 2-3x qd
    • USPLab's Prime - just started 4 days ago, 5on/2off schedule.
    • Fish Oil (Generic)- 3-5x qd
    • Multi-Vitamin (Generic) 1x qd
    • Creatine Monohydrate (Generic) - spoonful before each workout.
    • PrimaForce Yohimbine 2.5 - Before aerobic workouts on days I don't have classes. (2-3 times a week)

    Not completely strict...

    -Eggs or just Yogurt
    -Huge glass of water
    -Chicken or Eggs if I didn't eat them at breakfast
    -Huge glass of Skim Milk
    -Oatmeal/Sandwhich w/Chicken
    -Huge glass of Skim Milk
    Snacks periodically throughout the day
    -Clif Bars before/after workouts or during class
    -Handful of almonds/nuts
    -Chicken Noodle Soup
    -Peanut butter jelly on wholegrain bread
    Usually have 2-3 of those things a day.

    Advice Request
    So re: supplements, I'm going to be running out of my first bottle of recreate and I want to drop the yohimbine d/t anxiety increase. And I obviously need some new introduction to nutrition. Don't know what to add supplement wise when I drop those two things. Then really all I'll be on is prime.

    Just looking for some all around advice. I've never been a bodybuilder/weightlifter. After roaming this forum for the past couple of months I think I have some good staples down, but always looking for improvement.

  2. I guess I could say what my goals are -

    Trying to drop maybe like 2 more lbs of bodyfat around trouble areas, but other than I'm like a size 30 waist (with a belt...) so I'm pretty thin, just some stubborn fat. Then I'm going to try and get bigger both mass/muscle wise.
